Our library provides a rich and diverse range of digital reading resources for children, featuring a curated selection of over 5,000 Chinese and English picture books and storybooks. Parents and children can enjoy "read-aloud" sessions together anytime and anywhere with free online access, making it easy to experience a convenient and multifaceted digital reading journey.

Dream Picture Book Database

Featuring the theme “Originality – Fulfill your dream of creating a picture book,” this database includes student creations, local specialties, and award-winning picture books, with over 1,400 titles. It offers interactive functions such as hidden text, audio narration, and annotated Hànyǔ Pīnyīn, making it ideal for parent-child reading or classroom use. Selected picture books provide downloadable teaching materials and coloring sheets, and some are available as animated versions with narration in Chinese, English, Taiwanese Hokkien, or Hakka.

BookTeller Children's Digital Reading Platform

BookTeller brings together selected picture books from renowned publishers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and other regions. These titles are enhanced with licensed animations from international illustrators, accompanied by music and sound effects, creating popular bilingual (Chinese and English) animated picture books. A total of 61 titles are available.

FunPark Children’s Book Factory

The library offers four sections—Story Hall, Periodical Hall, Learning Hall, and Poetry Hall—featuring a total of 217 picture books. Interactive functions include creating personalized reading lists, tracking reading history, and sharing your own creations.

TumbleBooks Interactive English eBooks

TumbleBooks offers a vibrant collection of English picture books, along with short stories, videos, games, nursery rhymes, and picture books in Spanish and French. With around 700 titles available, it provides a rich, interactive resource for language learning.

Little Kiss eBooks

Content spans the natural and cultural worlds, featuring daily-life English stories designed for children aged 3 and above. Through vivid book illustrations, children can explore and connect with nature, sparking curiosity and interest in learning. Professional English voice actors provide narration, making it enjoyable and easy for children to learn English.

Grimmbook Family e-Reading Library

The database features a curated selection of picture books published by Grimm Press over the years, showcasing masterpieces from past and present, from both local and international authors and world-class illustrators. These stories are brought to life with high-quality audio and engaging animations, offering children vibrant reading experiences that enrich their minds and imagination.

In addition, the database includes approximately 156 award-winning picture books in English, narrated by professional foreign teachers from Studio Classroom, enabling children to learn languages naturally through storytelling.

AEB Walking Library E-Journal

The AEB Walking Library E-Journal features a curated selection of popular publications, including Let's Talk in English (10-person edition), Studio Classroom (10-person edition), Global Views Monthly, Commonwealth English, Scientific American, and more. All issues are presented in their original format and are fully searchable for convenient access.

Education Cloud E-Book Service Platform

This platform is a digital reading service designed for teachers and students nationwide. It integrates six major e-book databases, featuring award-winning, best-selling, and age-appropriate titles for elementary and secondary school students. The platform supports the reading needs of schools and welcomes all interested teachers and students to access e-books online for free.

  • Login requires either a “Municipal Education Cloud Account (Municipal OpenID)” or a “Ministry of Education Identity Account (MOE OpenID)”:
