The National Library of Public Information provides a range of accessible facilities and services to support users with mobility needs, ensuring convenient access to library spaces and collections. The following amenities are available for your use:

Parking area with 5 accessible parking spaces located near the elevators.
B1 Floor
Parking area with 2 accessible parking spaces and 3 accessible motorcycle parking spaces near the elevators; accessible restroom; priority seating (Study Room); accessible ramp (Study Room).
1st Floor
Accessible restroom; wheelchair charging station (Information Desk); priority seating (Children’s Learning Center); priority service for users with disabilities (Self-Service Card Application Area and Circulation Desk); accessible ramp (Children’s Learning Center).
2nd Floor
Information Center for the Visually and Hearing Impaired; priority seating (Information Retrieval Area); designated accessible seating (International Conference Hall); accessible restroom.
3rd Floor

Wheelchairs are available free of charge upon registration at the 1F Information Desk.
Accessible Elevators
The library is equipped with eight elevators, all featuring wheelchair-accessible control panels and Braille buttons. Each elevator also includes a voice announcement system to assist visually impaired users in identifying floor levels.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available on every floor from B1 to 5F, with a total of seven facilities.
Priority Seating
Seven priority seats are available from B1 to 5F for wheelchair users.
Wheelchair Charging Station
Wheelchair charging is available free of charge upon registration at the 1F Information Desk.
Accessible Website
The library website has been certified with the Accessibility Level A Mark since July 1, 2014, providing an inclusive online environment that reduces barriers to access. Library collections, catalogs, and event information are regularly updated to support easy access for visually and hearing-impaired users.
